The best Greek restaurant in Hessen

I arrived at the hotel in the evening, but unfortunately my room was not ready. It was simply forgotten to clean the room and change the towels. The rooms are modernly renovated. However, the service and hospitality are very limited. The rooms facing the front face the street, cobblestones in front of the house, making it relatively noisy in the morning.

We were only there for dinner. But the Greek food was very good and great. Starter of Greek cheese with pepperoni and the grill plate for 2 people was very good. Only the beef broth was very weak. But everything else is great. A very clean place and a very nice service. We were offered a schnapps before and after the meal, but unfortunately we don't drink anise. Here it might be better to ask customers in advance and maybe offer an alternative. The restaurant and hotel is located in the old town of Büdingen, a very nice place. The price is also very reasonable. I would recommend making a reservation for the weekend.

I have travelled many places and stayed at many hotels in my lifetime... But this one rates at the very top of the list!! From the first day we arrived we were treated like family instead of guests. The staff was always helpful, friendly, approachable and did everything in their power to accommodate us and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The owners are on premise from open to close, and work just as hard to make everything right. The rooms are impeccable... You actually feel like you're at home instead of a hotel room . The view from our window to the cobblestone lined streets makes you feel like you're in a movie. Featherbed covers.. .fluffy pillows... and a tempurpedic style mattress give you a great night's sleep. The buffet style breakfast offers a wide variety of meats cheeses jams jellies and the like along with warm bread, orange juice and coffee. They cook eggs to order and anything else you would like in there is no extra charge! It is all included in the price of the room. The food is authentic Greek and German. I would highly recommend trying one of the schnitzel or gyro platters. These meals are cooked directly by the owner; handmade with love. Meals run around $12 to $20 so they won't break the bank. You are greeted with a shot of Ouzo at every meal (again, no extra charge) where you are toasted to your health. Located in the Old Town section, This restaurant has been around for over 125 years and was newly remodeled a couple of years ago to add the rooms and redecorate the inside. Take a look at some of the pictures and you will see how welcoming this place is, and what great views you have with the skylights and the terrace on the second floor. They even have an outside cafe style seating which is awesome on a beautiful sunny day. You are located inside the walls of the Old Castle and it is only a short walk to many attractions and shops in town. If you ever take a trip to Frankfurt or the surrounding area it is only a 20-minute drive to Büdingen to enjoy a slice of Heaven. A DEFINITE MUST DO!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!!

Great food, great beer and a nice story behind the name. We had a great time here and we were very welcomed! We'll be back when we are visiting again I'm sure.

If you look at the lightly eaten plate, you can imagine that the dish is doing well! The service is very warm! Per capita consumption of more than 20 euros!

Very clean accommodation's, staff are very nice, situated in a neat quiet village. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. The restraint has very good Greek style food. The breakfast served each morning is good especially since it is included with your stay. The rate per night is reasonable as well. Would highly recommend Bleffe!

WOW had not been here for a while and what has changed. Brilliant, not recognizable after the conversion. Bright, friendly and harmonious ambience, we felt very well from the first moment. Also the food fresh and very delicious. From the portion sizes almost too much ;-) Service very nice and friendly also fast, will be back very happy. Many thanks . Keep it up!!!!

We liked it very much in the Bleffe, we were with over 25 people invited to the baptism in the family to eat. Although we ate all a la carte we were served quickly and without any problems and our food was served in a timely manner. The portions are typically lavish for a Greek. It was delicious! Unfortunately we sat in the back area, which was not as comfortable as the newly renovated front area of ​​the restaurant.
